GSI (GlennSteel Innovations) is based in South-Western Sydney, at Ingleburn Industrial Estate. We are a General Engineering company, servicing the Industrial Engineering sector. We have easy access to Sydney from here, as well as the main interstate transport routes into and out of Sydney. Founder Glenn Sherwin started the business over 25 years ago, after identifying a need for reliable, quality service within the Industrial Engineering sector.
GSI has since grown into a one-stop shop. We've grown and developed, now providing quality machining and fabrication services, machine installations and on-site maintenance and engineering design services. Services
Our machine shop contains all the equipment needed to produce high quality parts to your exacting tolerances. Whether you need mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium fabrications, we have the equipment and skilled tradespeople to get your job done. Our fabrication shop is set up to fabricate everything from the simplest folded part, through to complex purge-welded stainless steel fabrications for the food industry.
GSI provide a range of on-site services. Our experienced crews can install and commission complete production lines, and then follow up with regular preventative maintenance. Whether you have a small half-day installation or a large project requiring weeks of installation and commissioning, we have the expertise you're looking for.
Our in-house engineering design capabilities enable us to design your next R&D project, from concept through to completion. Using SolidWorks, we cut design time by ensuring everything fits together as it's supposed to, before we start cutting steel. And since we work in many different industry sectors, we're exposed to a huge variety of machine designs and innovative ideas.
