This is how Jake operates. Doesn't check much, and promises you the earth. Tries to act like a bully with the other side - but he's a wimp! When he can't get a quick result, (because he does no proper work), he turns on you an blames and bullies you to lie in affidavits, so that he can get some money. Stay away! This guy should be banned.

Worst "lawyers" I've ever encountered and Ive worked with dozens across Australia on many matters. Misled at EVERY turn. Kept calling me Adam instead of Andrew, late for meetings, VERY poor listeners. Get facts wrong when representing me to mediators and other lawyers which had to be re-explained to them over and over. Completely ruined an open & shut case. Hype things up in the beginning, ruin the guts of the case with poor attitude and skills, then say youre on your own because they messed things up. I believe they are only thinking about themselves and what money they can make out of their client
