It all begins with understanding your unique new home goals during a personalised face-to-face consultation.
Andrew and I chose Element Building for a number of reasons, one being that they were very flexible in the beginning and really understood what we wanted in our home. We came to Dennis with our basic design ideas, our block and our budget and he custom designed the house to fit everything that we wanted.

Love the layout of the showroom near ginninderry. Their deisgn makes great use of the space available. Each bedroom was large while ensuring there is sufficient room for the kitchen and living room. Jayde gave very useful information to make me feel confident in utilising one of these building companies in the future. We really appreciate the justification for the prices. When the times comes I will definitely use Element Building Project to build a new home.
