Terrible customer service, very, very poor communication - they send a long winded text message full of Covid junk "wear a mask, etc.". I called them initially to book in my appointment, so I spoke to someone on the phone and confirmed the time. I should not need to double confirm after this, that's just stupid. I'm a busy person and don't pay attention to long winded messaged. They cancelled my appointment last minute. Would not recommend.

As the previous review mentioned, the phone numbers are all not reachable for whatever reasons. I didn’t give up calling and finally someone picked up the phone.
I understand all the business with short handed situation since myself is running one.
Nothing is the reason/excuses of being rude on the phone. Not the low price point, not people want to reschedule or cancel their appointments.
After the phone call, I will not go there myself or my friends.

So annoying that they notified the cancellation less than an hour before the appointment time. They should have checked my note a few days ago when they sent me a text to confirm my visit. On the booking page, they didn't mention clearly what Dr Sherrie does or what Vicky does. Dr Sherrie doesn't provide a checkup and clean service, so be mindful and double-check your booking. Otherwise, you will be like me getting ready to go outside, but they stop you on your door step. Additionally, who else doesn't want to get a precise checkup from DOCTOR?

I have seen some posts complaining about pressure to have additional services, but I found no such thing. I made it clear I could only afford the absolutely necessary and the consultation followed from there. The service was friendly and efficient and the prices excellent. Have already recommended this dentist to my family.

Yesterday I had three wisdom teeth out in one appointment and must say Dr. Paulo is a master of his practice. From the first needle of anaesthetic to the last tooth coming out took just ten minutes, I swear. Today I have not taken any pain medication, and feel only minor pain, discomfort and swelling. Previously I had one wisdom tooth removed at another clinic and suffered immense pain the following days, and so was extremely pleasantly surprised at how little pain I feel today.
All of the staff are very friendly and efficient for how busy the clinic is. The price is also very reasonable - exceedingly

A review from Jon - From start to finish couldn’t ask for a better service. The lady at the front desk was such a nice person! Gorgeous and such a happy attitude she was very friendly and helpful and displayed excellent customer service. As for the wisdom tooth removal it was very very affordable much cheaper then anywhere else! Dr Paulo was excellent making the removal quick and painless it was very seamless and professional. He also took time to speak with me while I was waiting for the anaesthesia to wear of showing he really does care for his patients. Rare to get this level of service anywhere

I and my family fully recommend all their dental services esp the affordability and quality. Customer service is also 5 out of 5 stars and appointment time is spot on. I've never experienced a long wait and we… always came out there with a beautiful smile because we are happy and satisfied with all the services we received.
