The guys from New Image replaced my Laserlight roofing on my pergola and I was extremely happy with their service and workmanship. Really liked the text updates and notifications of when they would be arriving.
Would have no problems in using Rob and the guys from New Image again and would highly recommend them.
Update.
New job 1 week after my new roof.

They knew my job was urgent in a way that I needed it done... it was a repair to an stove... a gas conversion... as I need to replace for a tenant.... which is 3hrs drive away. I rang Rob to see if he could help my elderly father who was having trouble with a leaking tap. It wasn’t a big job but Rob didn’t hesitate and had one of his tradesmen out to my Dad that same day. Receiving a text advising the tradie was on his way and the approx time he would arrive was extremely helpful and when he did arrive (as advised) he was extremely pleasant and very helpful fixing the problem straight away. All round service was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this company.

Asked for taps to be replaced and a quote for new shower. Took 10 mins to replace taps that I supplied and take photos of shower. $115 later and 4 weeks on still haven’t received my quote. Feel ripped off and even if I do finally receive the quote I won’t bother going through them again as have since used another local plumber who was great.
