Cleaning Duty provides our clients with an affordable, highest of quality, healthy and hygienic clean that benefits both our clients and the environment. General cleaning involves dirt and dust removal using detergents, scouring powders, toilet bowl, and glass cleaners. We can incorporate deep cleaning at regular intervals to ensure both the seats and carpeted areas are looking there best.
Most of our cleaning staff works part-time in late afternoon, evening or night shifts. We do employ full-time cleaning staff for some of our clients, who need this service due to the nature of their business. Work shifts for these positions vary around the clock, depending on our client's requirements.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy is based on the wellbeing of our employees, our clients and the general public and is therefore a major consideration in all our activities. Ensure the necessary safety equipment is used when necessary and protective clothing is worn, if required. Safe working methods are developed, promulgated, implemented and monitored on a regular basis.
PAYMENT All outstanding balances for cleaning services carried out are payable by cash, or direct debit [details provided on invoice] as per the Cleaning Duty invoice due date for payment supplied to clients upon completion of the job.
The Customer agrees and authorizes Cleaning Duty to charge any outstanding amounts owed to Cleaning Duty with regards to the cleaning service provided plus travelling expenses and parking fees (if any) and up to the total amount of the booked services to the debit/credit card the customer has provided to Cleaning Duty.Any additional costs incurred by Cleaning Duty for the recovery of overdue accounts will be passed on to the client.
