Chris from Mark the Plumber came out to replace my water heater, they were very responsive and had it fixed within 24 hours of my knowing it went bad! Thanks for fitting us in and solving our sudden problem. Nice model with a 1 year parts and labor warranty and an extended 5 years on parts for the unit. They killed it!

Had a service done a while back and never got around to writing the review of this service.
Came to my home on time and performed work asked. However, they were certain to charge me for the apprentice ($25 hourly) as well as the plumber ($70-80 hourly). When asked, I was told "That was standard" by the billing over the phone. My issue was this was the honesty, I was a college student at the time who bought his first house and told that the rate would be 70-80 hourly and then off course the service call fee. Not upfront about the additional apprentice that it would be closer to $105-$110 hourly

A very nice guy who came highly recommended and gave a reasonable quote after an excrutiatingly long wait. I first contacted them in mid April, got a quote in mid May and found out in early June that they cannot do work until late August. He was one of the few plumbers to even call back, so it may not be unusual in the area, but it is very disappointing.
