Me and my mothers experience Queen napier dental has been exceptional, thanks to Dr. Avni and the amazing team there. Dr. Avni expertise and informative approach made my mothers visit a lot less stressful and truly meaningful. In the late afternoon on a Friday, I experienced an emergency when I chipped a front tooth that had a veneer. Since my usual dentist was closed, I contacted numerous local dentists to no avail. After broadening my search, I reached out to Queen Napier Dental, and luckily, they were able to accommodate me immediately! Dr Avni examined me, suggesting we could possibly save the veneer by re-cementing it on. Job done ✅. Awesome thanks to Dr. Avni and the wonderful staff. I would certainly recommend Queen Napier Dental.

Needed an appointment asap and was able to get in straight away with these guys, the staff were lovely and talked me through the whole process on what they were going to be doing. For someone who isn’t a big fan of dentist I would highly recommend these guys as they talk you through the whole process and are very gentle and make sure you’re okay throughout your appointment.

I cannot express how great this clinic is.
They totally accommodate my fear of dental procedures. So if the dentist is not your favourite place this amazing team will sort you out! Dr Kay is so professional at always puts me at ease. Also Amanda and Alana are always happy to reassure you. Quotes have always been spot on also.

Friendly, professional and clean, comfortable, amazing work, excellent communication, awsome customer service, affordable and great Dental staff all round. Although Dr. George Gibson is polite, I am not convinced he is well trained enough in the field of orthodontics. My excitement soon turned to utter disappointment once I saw my teeth for the first time. I thought "maybe I am imagining things"? but I couldn't let it go. I booked an appointment and went back to see him only to be told to come back 6 months later to discuss veneers and to refer me to a specialist. Inexperienced and overpriced, will not be coming back and wasting my money. My money will now be spent on a specialist orthodontist in the hopes my teeth will be corrected and be happy with

Do not go here. i booked in for a emergency appointment and told reception staff at my arrival that i was in a lot of pain. they made me sit in the waiting room for an hour before coming out and telling me that they didn't have time for me. would not discuss how much anything would cost, nor were they welcoming.

I've got a newborn baby at home so I can't afford to have pain like I have so I Booked appointment the day prior to attending.. once there my appointment was at 12pm I sat and waited 1 whole hour just to be told no!! The Victorian government issued me an emergency dental voucher to use at any Private practice and they denied me 😤😔😭Just goes to show that this company is just money hungry and don't care about your health at all !! Not friendly, plus they didn't even know what was going on given its Their job to know . Very dissatisfied, poor customer service.. wouldn't recommend to anyone

I called them to ask about the price for teeth cleaning, she told that it will be between $47 to $115. I asked tell me the exact figure and she said same and book me in, as I was thinking that after checkup doctor will decide the price. When I went there and again I asked about the price and she said confidently its $116. So the thing is, it was not professional. Will never recommend.
