Excellent law firm, excellent staff and service, excellent outcome. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and empathetic, particularly Dylan who looked after my case. It was so good to feel like someone was on my side and actually cared. He looked after my workers compensation claim and I'm pleased to say I had an excellent result. Cannot recommend Dylan and this firm highly enough.

At first they seemed eager, then as time went on it became very difficult to get in contact with them. Phone calls were rarely returned and if they were they were a over month late or the assistant returning the call who couldn't answer my questions. They did not get all of the relevant information, especially from a place I spent most of my time. I know that there is no guarantee that any case will win, but they sure made me feel like they stretched it out and and used up my window of opportunity for a very average effort.
