Services
Physiotherapy Group Exercise is a form of individualised physical exercise that focuses on posture, core stability, control and strength. Physiotherapy Group Exercise uses Clinical Pilates principles to address all aspects of human body movement in a safe and personalised manner. Physiotherapy Group Exercise uses various resistance apparatus to isolate all aspects of human body movement in a functional manner.
Our Mums and Bubs Pilates classes allow new mums to bring their baby to class with them. We understand that in the early stages post-natal it can be difficult to maintain your own exercise and health needs. However, our small classes (maximum of 4 people) are supervised by Physiotherapist's trained in Clinical Pilates to ensure that your return to exercise is safe and effective.
During your first consultation at East Ivanhoe Physiotherapy your physiotherapist will guide you through a detailed and comprehensive assessment and examination to determine the cause of your problem. From this assessment the most effective treatment program will be implemented for you. Your physiotherapist will educate you on your condition, its prognosis and the treatment required to assist you in your optimal recovery.
