While we love our home, the after sales service is appalling.
As a heads up to anyone looking to build with Crighton, if you look at the displays of their suppliers or someone else's home don't expect the same end product as they use different subcontractors for each. We saw a home prior to our build and found it to be wonderful. The finish we got was rubbish. They use the cop out of 'it meets Australian standards.' It should be a minimum that it meets the standards not an expectation.
We found out how much the subcontractors were getting paid compared to what we paid Crighton and no wonder they
