Services
JC Lawyers was founded in 2005 by John Consiglio in Spring Hill, Brisbane. After being in practice for almost 20 years in partnership at a large firm in the Brisbane CBD, John decided it was time for a change in approach. By setting up JC Lawyers, he was able to focus on the select clients and areas of law that he had dedicated his career to.
At JC Lawyers, over 50% of our practice is dedicated to property law. This means that all our practitioners and paralegals are experienced in conveyancing and handle these matters on a daily basis. Buying or selling your home is usually one of the biggest transactions people will enter during their lives.

Over the last 10 years, we have built a vibrant and successful property development division at JC Lawyers. Complementing our conveyancing practice perfectly, we have acted for many developers who have completed projects from small blocks of units, up to large 56 unit developments. Residential and Commercial development projects now make up a large part of our property practice.

J.C. Lawyers have a lady called Nikki Green who looks after all the legals for my property transactions. Warm, friendly, a highly effective communicator, reassuring, on top of her game. I doubt there is a better conveyancer than Nikki in Brisbane and surprisingly not expensive given her skill set. Once you have Nikki do your conveyancing you will end up recommending her to all your friends and family. Absolutely A+++:)
