I was a client of Dr Tendai’s when he was at National dental Clinic Mt. Isa (just before he opened his clinic) and that is where he did all the damage that will cost thousands of dollars as he has drilled up into my sinuses that cause me constant grief but he is being investigated by AHPRA. So no, you won’t find me on your system as I will never go anywhere near him after the damage and pain he has caused.
