Whale Coast Realty is an independent boutique Real Estate Agency and has been operating in Narooma since the early 1980s. Whale Coast Realty has continued to have fantastic property sales during these times, as well as having the largest permanent rental and holiday rent roll in Narooma. We believe that to have survived in the competitive real estate market for so long, we must be doing something well!
We had a lovely house, but it was on a sloping block. John did a magnificen job of selling our home, taking care to let clients know the "downside" to the home, but talking up the great views, new construction, the landscaped gardens, ect. He also deliberately targeted his marketing at appropriate demographics and areas.

Put my beautiful home in the hands of Whale Coast rentals in 2016. I had several specifications, the main two being: no more than 3 people, no animals. I gave copies of photos showing the condition of the house before the 2016 tenant moved in. During the 6 years Whale Coast were renting my home they had 3 different tenants. Everything appeared to be going well until I found that my home had been rented out to a mother with 5(?) children, plus all the hangers on, and cats and dogs. When I queried why this number of people and animals were living in my home, I was told that the rental manager was

Be very careful when booking holiday accomodation through this agent. Our accomodation had a broken dishwasher, non functional oven and cooktop, leaking kitchen sink, sparking kettle which was that dirty on the inside you could make smudge marks in the dirty, no ensuite door, no ensuite mirror, no power in the ensuite, 2 bedroom doors don’t shut, the gate fell off onto my car…. And the list continues. But according to the agent this is a completely acceptable standard of accomodation. Work that out! Now have to commence legal proceedings to seek reimbursement. Beware!! All four of us (transaction being done as a family thing between mum and dad, and son and partner) were most impressed with the professionalism and competence of John and his team. Easily as professional as any we have dealt with here in Sydney. John was there almost to the minute agreed to, to walk us through and around the property, happily answering all our questions (and courteously keeping a straight face when some of our 'city slicker' questions might have sounded a bit naïve.)
