I am beyond happy with the quality of the engagement ring that my fiancé bought. We went back to the store for a ring resize and am absolutely blown away by the lovely service we received. Andrew patiently explained all the resize options and care for my ring. The sheer level of comfort and friendliness of all the staff made you want to come back again.

We can not recommend Andrew Mazzone highly enough. We had my engagement ring and our wedding bands made by the team and couldn’t love them more!
Jemma was insanely patient with us through the entire design process of the engagement ring, and spent so much time educating us on diamonds! The finished product was better than we could’ve ever imagined and we are forever grateful to the entire team at Andrew Mazzone.

I can't thank Selina, Andrew and the rest of the team at Andrew Mazzone Design Jewellers enough for my beautiful remembrance ring which I received today. Selina was such a pleasure to work with from our first meeting with my vague initial concept, to conversations as we sourced the perfect gem, to the final unveiling of the ring and I felt that she really understood my vision. The whole process at Andrew Mazzone Design Jewellers was beautiful from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door the team could not be more helpful! From getting to choose your own diamond, to them running you through how the full process would work, I could not fault it! A huge shoutout to the team for making the entire process so stress-free and smooth! All my to-be husband had to do was walk in and tell them what I wanted and my ring size... Since I was still in New Zealand at that time, this could have been super difficult but in reality, it couldn't have been easier! Having very tiny fingers, I was very worried I can never find my dream ring, until I got to wear the most beautiful customised ring fit my finger, and looks absolutely stunning.
As soon as I tried the ring my fiancé could see I’m in love with the design of the ring. I get compliments all the time about how it’s amazingly been made and how it looks considering I have very tiny fingers.

Found my dream engagement ring on their website which followed a phone call to discuss style, costs and to book an appointment with one of their consultants. The experience from start to finish was amazing. The interaction was personalized, professional and warm. Everyone was happy to help and answer any of my questions. Because of our fabulous experience we will now be getting them to take care of our wedding bands, knowing we will be well taken care of and they cater to our custom design to make sure we will be 100% satisfied.
