Kim is passionate about the Mind Body Connection and believes that Holistic Integrated Therapies of Remedial Massage, Kinesiology or Reiki can contribute to a person's overall wellness for the Mind Body and Spirit.

She helps you to achieve the best possible outcome by obtaining a medical history and assessment and then from this information, depending on your preferred treatment option provides a personalised Expert Remedial Massage, Kinesiology, Integrative Therapy or Reiki treatment.Through listening to your needs and formulating this specialised treatment for you, the benefits you receive are more likely to be long lasting.
Due to our modern - although all unique and different - lifestyles, our body is subjected to different stressors: poor posture, repetitive tasks, muscle overuse, stress and fatigue. Using different soft tissue techniques, including Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point Therapy but also Joint Loosening or Stretching, Remedial Massage is a therapeutic intervention which can address specific body ailments.
Being a mum myself, I know that pregnancy is a very exciting and precious time in a woman's life but I am also well aware that it can bring a lot of discomforts. Over 9 months, your body undergoes remarkable physiological, structural, and psychological changes that vary depending on the stage of your pregnancy (3 trimesters).
In the first few weeks postpartum, your body adapts from a state of pregnancy and experiences many changes: it is a big transition, emotionally and physically. 6kg to 8kg of puerperium weight loss, causing postural changes and the sudden shift of centre of gravity. Pain from trigger points: tension in the abdominals, hip flexors, lower back, gluteal muscles and hip area.
Relaxation massage is the best option for people who need to unwind and have a break from their demanding modern lifestyles. Stress can cause a variety of symptoms and can affect your overall health and well-being, physically and mentally. The treatment involves long and flowing strokes at a slower pace.
