For almost 4 years I been trying to remove my name of joint property as part of agreement and listening to excuses from other party or bank that morgage the property, of how it is not possible. It turned out, it is possible and process is really easy, however not wanting to remove my name of mortgage was security for bank in case other party stops repayments.
In attempt to get lawyer I was in contact with few companies. Every one of them could not tell me how much their services would cost

We were referred to Val at Crystal Lawyers by another lawyer. Val was very prompt in responding to my enquiry and organised an initial phone meeting to discuss our wills, EPA and EPG. Draft copies were emailed with suggestions and advice. We then met with Val at his premises to ensure that we understood the documents and to sign them. Val also supplied a witness.
