Our first home is officially sold! I hope the new owners love it as much as we do! Thanks to the team at PBE Wonthaggi especially Kainen and Angie. They were fantastic to deal with throughout and we are very happy seller's : It will be sad to say goodbye to our beautiful home but it's on to the next project!
Wonthaggi is a vibrant growing country town situated 150kms from Melbournes CBD. Located in the picturesque Bass Coast Shire of South Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. In close proximity to some of Victorias finest beaches including Cape Paterson, Inverloch and Kilcunda. Known initially as one of Australias largest coal mining towns it has now flourished into a strong community based metropolis of South Gippsland.

If it were possible to put -100 stars I would.
Highly unethical. Happy to lie, cheat, steal.
They are intentionally & illegally trying to force the sale of a home, whilst FULLY aware doing so is ILLEGAL. Specifically Director Adam Mabilia. Even still illegally using MY copyrighted pictures to do so after being legally advised not to.
Also intentionally lying to potential buyers about property information. Caught red handed. All now under legal investigations by government departments.
He / PBE has been sent several legal notices sale is ILLEGAL yet still has property

Warning to vendors- this company won’t look after your interests.
Really unimpressed with this company. Have been looking at properties remotely for 6 months and promises to keep me informed and in the loop are never delivered on. IF I get call backs it’s usually to tell me a the property I’m interested in has been sold.
These people don’t work for vendors, they take the first acceptable offer, even though there are competitive buyers on their books, they don’t bother to contact them. If I was selling a local property I wouldn’t list with PBE, they are lazy, not interested in working

I rang 3 times to try and arrange to view a property for sale, He said he was busy and he he would call back- that never happened.
Then I called again and was told there were 4 buyers waiting to sell a house and the first person who sells will buy the property I was dnquiry about, so he said no point in me viewing it.
Then I noticed it has still been on line showing for sale, so I rang back today and was told it has been sold subject to the purchasers selling their house?
Not once did the male sales agent return my calls or organise an insepection even though I am a genuine buyer ?
Very disappointed
Then I called again and was told there were 4 buyers waiting to sell a house and the first person who sells will buy the property I was dnquiry about, so he said no point in me viewing it.

After having a not so good experience I have now had several dealings with PBE where the service and communication have been excellent.
To their credit they responded to my concerns on a previous review and have shown this was a slight hiccup and have been nothing but professional with all of my current dealings.
I would recommend PBE ( especially Angela).
