The Sustainable Eco Townhouses were designed with a vision to merge the barriers between sophisticated architectural design and monetary restrictions to provide an adaptable townhouse solution for a variety of different household dynamics.
In this project, attention was focused to providing potential owners the option of an affordable standard or premium 3 bedroom townhouse with the capacity to comfortably adapt to changes in the occupants' lifestyle.Each elevated 2 storey, 3 bedroom townhouse is planned around a linear floor plan of singular room depths.

The client for this project presented a brief which sought to construct a modern, luxury residence for their young growing family. The design was to be modern and 'clean', utilising modern materials such as alucobond and offering functionality as well as privacy for the residents as sought. The design incorporates this over 2 storeys with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and various living spaces.
The client presented a brief to deliver a modern, luxury residence for the whole family. 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are staggered around a lineal floor plan allowing an elongated gallery/hallway to connect all zones, including an office, open-air gym, outdoor alfresco entertainment area and separate living quarters for a 'granny flat'.
Hue-5 is a modern apartment project, spanning over 7 levels with a continuous floor plate and building facade to create an appealing modern tower that stands above the existing surrounding buildings. The ground floor consists of carparking, a gymnasium, barbecue area, swimming pool with and a formal entrance.
Jade Townhouses comprise 13 individual double storey, modern townhouses in Farrar, Palmerston. Each dwelling offers covered, double car garage, with open living, kitchen and dining space overlooking private balconies and landscaped courtyards on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are offered on the second level, offering separation and privacy from occupied living spaces.
