A friend of mine recently had a home built with Adair and while going through this newly built home there were countless problems with walls being out of plum, poor finish work, holes in the drywall, electrical issues, etc. I do not recommend using Adair because you most likely will be stuck with a lot of issues you have to fix because Adair will not come and finish their work like they were paid to do.
