Tolli came to help me within hours although he was busy with clients. My hot water system burst and I can’t see what’s happening inside as it’s behind the kitchen cabinet. So, it’s quite urgent. He gave me practical advises and very patience with my tricky situation. He is a very friendly person. My friend recommended him to me and I would do the same. I contacted 2 plumbers I know of but they are fully booked for Christmas. I wouldn’t know what to do if not because of Tolli.

Got a leaking dishwasher and called Tolli around 8pm who responded quickly and arranged the time properly. When he came to my property, just realised that I didn't provide enough information and the fix was a bit more complicated than I thought. However, Tolli came up with a workaround and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommended!
