The early 1980's saw the Company expand to include Carl Victor's sons, Craig and Greg, predominantly in the field of plumbing and hydraulic installations. Waterproof membrane solutions using specialized equipment, application techniques and state of the art products that best suit your requirements.
Our Building Repairs Team provides a broad range of repairs. We have a team of employed specialist tradesmen who carry out the core of our works. Our employees are dedicated to producing quality results reflecting on years of successful projects. Our installations are flood tested thoroughly before proceeding to tile. Victor Building provides Manufacturer and Installer Warranties to cover every installation. Victor Building Services are continually updating methods and materials for further development of our company.
Victor Plumbing Division covers all areas of plumbing and drainages. Our previous projects have ranged from large scale hydraulic installation to domestic issues. Our plumbers are fully licensed and further accreditation levels have been achieved to include work on behalf of Sydney water and department of public works.

I live in a complex which required rectification works and being on the strata committee, I worked very closely with the staff of Victor Building Services who were on site over the last 2 years. The staff working on site and in the office were great, polite and very helpful especially Steve who was the building supervisor onsite - always ready and available to assist with anything asked of him. I would highly recommend them for any works required.

Grubby....bottle of PISS left on my balcony....housekeeping isn`t within their scope of work..(3 weeks and many phone calls for them to do a 10 minute job).....money stolen from wallet......really avoid these contractors!!!!P.S.zero care factor from their Owners/Boss?Supervisors!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID......forewarned is forearmed!!
