I went there a month ago. I can't name the masseuse here but my lower back has never been the same. It was the worst massage of my life and he literally had no idea what he was doing.
If Shen wants to call me I will give him the full details. I walked out early on the Saturday afternoon. This guy should never massage anyone again.
Update 6 weeks later. Shen or his staff have not bothered to contact me, and I now have a ruptured disc in my lower back and in hospital. I never had any issues before I saw one of his staff member, who should be wiped of ever touching anyone. I strongly believe the

I had a deep tissue and cupping massage today with Candy.
Im amazed about Candy's knowledge in finding all the points that was causing me so much pain. She was also very kind and constantly asking if i was ok, enjoying and making sure i was feeling comfortable.

They stayed open and gave me a quick 10 minute massage at the end of the day which was greatly appreciated because I had what felt like a punching nerve and couldn’t lift my arm without pain. After just 10 minutes about 70% of the pain was gone and last time it happened I had to rest the arm for 3 day which really means push through the pain. Thank you!

Booked a massage + cupping via their online booking platform well ahead of time. 2-3 hours later I get an SMS saying it's been cancelled - no reason whatsoever given. I call up to check there hasn't been a mistake or perhaps to reschedule for later in the day, only to have a Chinese man repeat, in a sort of demented loop, "Yes the store cancel". Not sure if I was still in reality or on the set of 'Dude Where's My Car'
