Services
Lawrence Sinclair Lawyers focuses on family law matters. At any one time there will be multiple files ongoing that involve anything from passport applications for children to divorce applications where the estranged spouse cannot be located. Every family law file is unique in the issues and the personalities that are involved.
Succession Law (Wills and Estates) is a very wide area of law that runs from preparing simple Wills to contesting estates of significant value. Unlike family law which is a Commonwealth matters, succession law varies from state to state. While there are similarities between states, the process and ability to apply to the court can vary significantly.
Domestic violence is unfortunately prevalent in our society and many changes have been made on a legislative level in recent years in an attempt to address this. At Lawrence Sinclair Lawyers we practice extensively in protection order matters. We conduct and defend applications on a private basis, Our firm is also on the duty lawyer roster at the Pine Rivers Magistrates Court.

Sandra Sinclair from Lawrence and Sinclair Law firm is a highly educated and professional lawyer. Usually specialising in Family Law, Succession and DV but also achieved the best possible outcome for a traffic offence. So no matter what issue, I recommend contacting Lawrence and Sinclair.
Sandra also volunteers once a fortnight as a duty lawyer at a Magistrates Court, which shows her devotion to the profession and actual care for helping people.
I cannot recommend enough. Do not go anywhere else.
