The gents from Ready Electrical and Air Conditioning installed a modern and super-quiet Mitsubishi system for me. The level of customer service from the initial quote through to the installation and clean up could not have been better. In addition, they are just nice people to deal with which is something that I cannot say about every tradesmen I have used in the past.

Though a bit more expensive than some, Ready Electrical did a fine job of installing air conditioning in a very hot part of the house. They were neat, punctual, polite and left no mess behind at all. They also gave me a crash course on how to use the air conditioner, which was very welcome!

Greg and his team provide fantastic customer service. Greg came to do an assessment first looking at the house and we discussed some of the Aesthetic of the work and personal requirements - Greg and his team delivered a fantastic outcome and came back to check on me to make sure I was happy with the service and install. They also followed up a few months later to make sure everything was going well for me. This level of customer service is something I haven’t seen in the northern beaches before. The team at Ready Electrical and AC were very professional, prompt and scheduled our job in as quickly as they could as our AC system had basically given up and couldn't be repaired. They arranged for a new system Mitsubishi Electric 7kW Split System Air Conditioning Installation and a Mitsubishi Electric 8kW Multi Split System Air Conditioning Installation within a week. We're very happy with their quality of service and communication. We also asked them to do a few other little electrical jobs which they have been great at helping out with. Highly recommend them

I found Greg and Anthony to be very professional from the beginning. Both were pleasant and very competent with installing a split system air conditioning unit. Greg was punctual and also flexible starting the job earlier in the day to meet my request and completing the job in the quoted time frame. Greg also recommended the electrical circuit board be upgraded which he was able to do when installing the air con unit with a minimum of fuss. I will have no hesitation in asking Greg to do any future electrical services for my home.

Greg, Patrick and his team installed a split system in our unit.
From the beginning communication and service was fantastic.
They called to say they were running late on the day of install but as soon as they were here there was no time wasted.
Quick, efficient and very tidy.

Greg and team turned up yesterday to install 2 air cons and upgrade the electrical board including adding a safety switch for my 89 year old mother. They worked all day, did a fantastic job and had mum able to use everything before they left. Today with the temperature hitting 40 and smoke all around mum is sitting pretty. No asthma and very comfortable. Can’t wait till the new year and Greg comes to my house!
