Pretty disappointing to book a massage two weeks in advance and then turn up to the appointment to be told there was no booking for me. I did think it was a bit odd when I made the booking that the girl on the phone didn’t confirm any details but I trusted them to know what they were doing. I was turned away and told there was no booking for me but am willing to bet money the booking was made under the wrong name and one of the booked in clients doesn’t turn up... staff member was not helpful and did not try to offer any solution or even try to check if any of the ‘booked’ appointments

My boss recommends this place for a good massage because I keep on complaining about the other massage places. I tried it and she wasn't wrong! The reception area smells so great and as soon as I walked pass to go to the massage area, I could feel the change in ambiance. I did 30 mins reflexology, 30 mins dry Thai massage, 15 mins sauna (price included in 45 mins treatment) and a warm shower before drinking an extra hot (and great) ginger and honey tea. I have been there twice in the last 2 months and already book myself in for next month :)

I've had a lot of massages in my time and being a massage therapist for many years I would have to say this place is the utmost professional, clean, and comfortable environment I've ever had a massage in..
The massage I had was for an hour deep tissue beautiful massage table super clean towels heaps of comfort and the most ridiculously talented set of hands I've ever had experience massage my body.
I came in with a headache and right at the very end she worked on my temples it was all gone absolutely rocked my world for a massage experience. 5 stars is an understatement... definitely be recommending

I received a gift voucher for Xmas from my Mum for3 foot massages.
The first massage was great, if a little hard for my liking. They didn't actually ask my preference before starting. The second time I visited, I sat in the entrance lobby along with 8 other people and then went in when I was finally called. I'd deliberately made an appointment for 10am when they opened as I didn't want to be milling around waiting if they happened to be running late. So, my appointment and should have been first one for the day but I wasn't called until 10 past. The massage was not great. the masseuse was kind

Great place. Really professional, awesome décor. Have only had one bad massage that was a bit rough - but she was new, and they even gave me a freebie next time to make up for it.
Free shower/sauna after your massage, and even the showers are nice and clean. Extremely relaxing environment.
My only complaint is that they have recently jammed in a lot more massage tables - obviously to cater for more punters, but some rooms are pretty cramped now.
