Luke, who is based in Melbourne, Australia, has in a short period of time established himself as a very successful small business owner and, through the launch of his GripSox(R) product, now has an international presence. Luke was only 24 when he set up his first business- a Physiotherapy practice.
Duncan Peak, founder of Power Living Australia, and responsible for bringing Power Yoga to Australia, has written the article Yoga For Women. When most people hear the words "gym workout", they immediately think of sweaty, muscular bodies running for long periods on a treadmill or lifting heavy weights to get those "beach muscles" into shape.

I Love this. After abdominal surgery my body has been left in a pretty bad state. Lynn & Benji have been an amazing help; enabling me to strengthen muscles that were destroyed and most of all enabling me to feel the strength and power in my body. I cannot thank them enough.

Helen is a superb teacher as are many others here. However, classes are often extremely over-crowded and this is has become a real hindrance to being able to move easily and comfortably in the room. Other studios offer longer classes and much nicer spaces for the same money. That said, the location is brilliant.

This is the perfect environment to exercise in. Its worth coming over to Kemp Town in Brighton to experience exercise in this clean and airy studio which plays music that is never intrusive but pleasant, If this is near where you live - its a must! Parking is possible during the day within a few mins walk from here. I go in the day times. I am/was not a fan of yoga or pilates particularly having tried both before at other places but I am converted here.
The one to one attention and special care that Max gives to everyone of his students is great. He watches out for any ailments you may have and

A bit like the previous reviewer I haven't taken to this place. I think I have tried every class and teacher but it doesn't feel like value for money or a good work out. Its also quite hard to drop in. I personally don't like the clique feel to always seeing the same people at the same classes and feeling like you don't belong to their club - but that's my personal opinon. Hopefully the new classes on the seafront will be more me.

I was a regular until last year when I stopped to have a baby. It can be a bit variable depending on who's teaching. Some of them are so laid back that you can come away without having been challenged at all. The claim that you can burn as many calories as running is not the case here!! I was looking forward to returning but I'm not sure that the price rise offers value for money and the online booking looks complicated. Unfortunately I don't have the money to bulk buy in advance so feel penalised for having to buy each class individually.

A friendly and light studio in buzzing Kemptown offering drop-in Pilates classes (a rare find!). The teachers really know their stuff and the classes are a proper workout with an emphasis on fun. They have 2 studios - one for mat classes and the other is a really well equipped machine room which is an incredible way to develop technique. Would highly recommend for total beginners through to advanced.
