Im writing this review on behalf of a female family member that does not use facebook. They were called to fix a leaking shower tap. It had been an ongoing issue and with husband being away she had no option but to seek assistance. When the TWO workers arrived to address the issue they replaced the tap spindles and reamed out 1 tap socket. One worker mentioned that the fittings inside the wall really need replacing "but this will last for ages love". Upon recieving the bill for $305 the owner contacted them and the bill was reduced too $250 with the $50 charge for the apprentice that done nothing

Our hot water system sprung a leak on the Sunday. Mick was at our house first thing Monday morning with his portable hot water system and we had hot showers that night. The parts were on the doorstep Monday evening, and only a couple of days later our brand new hot water system was up and running. You couldn't ask for better service.
