We only have positive words to describe our renovation experience with Kieran and JDL Construction. Kieran and his team were meticulous! We were provided with a timeline at the beginning of the renovation and they stuck to it, even finishing slightly earlier than expected. Their workmanship was to a high standard. The site was spotless at the end of each day and the team were friendly and lovely to have around. I could not recommend JDL highly enough and will definitely use them again in the future.

My wife and I engaged JDL to build an extra bedroom & bathroom on the back of our house. The extension was custom-built offsite by Bretts Hardware and craned into place connecting to our existing deck. The whole experience was streamlined and cost-effective. We're also really happy that the modular blends in well with our character home. JDL are a family run business, great communicators and a pleasure to deal with. We would, without a doubt, recommend JDL to anyone looking for a professional and reliable builder.

Kieran and his entire team at JDL have been nothing short of amazing!! They were very prompt and communicated very effectively. Everything was done on time and perfectly. My husband and I recently renovated our home and couldn't be happier with JDL Construction for their workmanship, organisation and communication. We started renovations in a very unusual time when Covid forced many changes to a lot of businesses. We were fortunate to continue with our plan to renovate, one we were so thankful to finally start after months of planning. We were suitably impressed with Kieran and John from our first meeting with them. Not only were they able to convey a wealth of experience that only a truly seasoned builder could, they also had an innovative and progressive approach to their documentation and administration. Quotes and proposals were very clearly laid out and itemised, which gave us a good understanding as well as a basis for comparison with other builders we were reviewing. This transparency, along with their obvious understanding of our vision and budgetary constraints were the primary reasons we elected to use JDL Constructions
