Glass Block Constructions was established in 1994 after the founder, Bill Burke, had been in the glass block industry since 1980. After 10 years in the glass block industry in Perth, it became apparent to founder Bill Burke that there was a large demand for a fully engineered, quality system specifically designed for installing glass blocks.
A system that improved accuracy and speed in the laying of glass blocks, whilst maintaining their aesthetic qualities. After conducting the necessary industry research, which included travel to the USA and Western Europe, Bill failed to identify a system that would fully satisfy the needs of his clients.

Professionalism was shown to me from the initial consultation right through to the completion of the job. Tradesmen who did the installation were early (serveral hours, a nice surprise), polite, custeous and answered all the questions I asked. Their workmanship was 100% and it is obvious the tradesmen take pride in their workmanship and do an exceptional job.

Just had some glass blocks installed today by the 'A Team' Shannon and Dan. You know these guys care about their work when they ask for a can of touch up paint so they can paint the frame area where they just pulled an old bracket from a window. Equally as much when they ask for a mini vac at the end of the job to tidy up a few areas where some brick dust and leaves had gotten inside whilst working.
I'll have to start looking for more windows to do.

Dealing with Glass Block Constructions was easy! I called, they came out on time and helped me to select a product best for our needs. It was important to us to have the window installed on the same day our bathroom was gutted, which was exactly what happened - no stress. We selected the glass blocks which were sandblasted on one side for reasons of privacy, which has cut out a bit of light. Ultimately however, our new window looks fantastic. We most definitely highly recommend this business based on our experience.

One word - SLOPPY Initial Job quote $1700, they dropped to $1500 - took the guy 37mins to install. Cost of materials max $350 - they used cardboard to stuff in the window cavities. This is over $2000 per hour. Whoa! It was the sloppiest job ever - the salesman even verbally promoted the professional finish. It cost us to have it fixed up & caused a 4 day delay. Bill Burke gave really unprofessional customer service to a genuine complaint and brought the worker out to the job and they both yelled at me, the paying customer. Bil Burke's comment "why did you agree to pay that much" & "we don't finish

Very impressed with quality of product & service! We got some glass blocks installed in our garage to provide natural light whilst still being secure. They look great & easy to look after compared to glass window. Also that side of the house gets afternoon sun, very happy to have the light but not the heat. The team were able to match the finish of the frame with our other frames & gutters. We also got them installed as a shower screen, look amazing & again very little care/cleaning required! Highly recommend this team for service & quality product!
