Tim O'Brien's love of the Real Estate Profession began at an early age through attending auction sales with his parents and it has been in his blood ever since. After completing his HSC in 1984, he began his traineeship in Real Estate immediately before opening his business in 1992 with his wife Annette who continues to work with him to this day.

Working in the Real Estate Profession has never felt like work to Tim, he feels that everyday is a pleasure and that the real bonus is living in the beautiful Mudgee community. Tim believes that he is truly blessed to be apart of such a friendly, vibrant community in such a beautiful location in the Cudgegong Valley.

Having heard of multiple families around town who've rented through first national, I can only describe it as beyond disgusting and incredibly hostile towards all tenants. After being informed of who not to rent through as first national do not care about you unless you're buying or selling as it adds to there bonus. New to town so I appreciate the great people here who keep you informed of where the worst of the worst is.

This is the 2nd property we have listed and sold through Andrew Blackman. On both occasions we have been very happy with Andrew’s professional and positive attitude particularly given the known challenges with the properties. With the property at 150 Gladstone St Mudgee, we were under no illusion that this was going to be an easy sell.
