Simon arrived when he said he would. He was very professional. He was able to remove stains that I thought would not come out. He also made sure that no marks were left on furniture or curtains. He made sure that there was plenty of ventilation to ensure that the carpets would dry as quickly as possible. I have already recommended Simon to my friends and family. Thanks!

Best carpet clean ever!! I have an eco carpet (Geoffrey Hirst Eco Plus) that needs a specialized cleaning. I really need a carpet cleaner that understands how the carpet behaves when cleaned and knows how to treat it appropriately. I have only had this type of carpet cleaned a few times but had my previous carpet cleaned very regularly. Simon of Major Carpet Cleaning was recommended to me by the last person to clean my carpets, Josh. Josh is now working solely on restoration projects and told me that he highly recommended Simon.
