If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sure some people had a decent uneventful experience but take my word for it if you ever have to actually deal with this "realtor" you will be dealing with Glenda the completely out of line emotional wreck of a woman, the sort that gets to feel empowered by making what would normally be considered common issues by anyone else personal. 100% unprofessional as others here have already stated. This is an extremely unprofessional Realtor. Their customer service, follow up and record keeping skills are all non-existent, however they are extremely good at bullying and intimidation.
I would not recommend this agency in any capacity and would urge anyone contemplating a lease with them to seriously re-think. For those already currently in a lease or have trusted them with their precious home, I suggest you document everything.
