Project: Multi use facility for the football and netball communities of Frankston. Including a communal kitchen, change rooms, office space, amenities and outdoor netball court. The City of Frankston engaged May Constructions to deliver their latest sporting hub for football, soccer and netball.
The facilities included indoor change rooms, storage facilities, canteen and function spaces as well as external entertaining areas and a new netball court.The project was a tremendous success, with the City of Frankston continuing to consult with May Constructions regarding the upgrade of future sporting facilities within the complex.

Project: Demolition and new construction of administration & classroom buildings and refurbish existing classrooms. New external decking and landscaping works including hard courts and concrete pavements. The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development engaged May Constructions to refurbish and extend the 43 year old facilities at Wattleview Primary School in Ferntree Gully.
This build included a large congregation area with adjacent meeting rooms and kitchen facilities, basement level storage and new asphalt car parking area. The facility forms part of a larger community precinct including Aged Care and pastor residences. The project was delivered ahead of schedule with minimal disruption to the local community and was a tremendous success for everyone involved.
Boston Apartments comprise 18 beautiful boutique homes crafted over four levels to create a small community of home owners who share our passion for intelligent design and flawless quality. The spacious and light-filled apartments sit over a basement carpark offering a mix of on-grade parking and state-of-the-art car stackers.
