Gate Houses, Control Rooms & Ticket Booths are usually manufactured in the portable building style. On the average we manufacture these continually, very seldom would we not have one being manufactured in our factory or one awaiting delivery in our yard. Often we custom build a unit to fit in a underground car park, ( low ceiling applications) many cases we have to assemble the unit at site due clearance restrictions.

Transport by Tilt tray trucks is usually the most affordable, best by a transport company that specialises in transporting Portable buildings. With these type trucks the building is winched up the tray of the truck that has been specially designed to reach the ground.
With this method the truck will need space to drive out from under the building, in most cases we can load the building the correct way around on the truck so as the door or windows are facing the way needed.Tilt tray drivers mostly doing cars & fork lifts often don't have the correct gear to tie the buildings to their trucks or the experience.
