Contacted DCM who were professional and efficient from the get go. Karl was sent to assess the problem, turned to be blocked sewage pipe! He unlocked and cleaned in no time, did a great job! Route cause is a cracked pipe with tree roots, which DCM are quoting to fix in the new year. Thanks DCM team, good work 👍

A great experience, DCM were able to get two of their plumbers to assess the problem within an hour. They proceeded to give a quote, ( which was very reasonable) and begin work immediately. The guys were both professional and personable, did a fantastic job in a timely manner. I could not recommend them more highly.

What a pleasant plumbing experience I have just had!!! Karl was such a friendly chap, very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified what problems I had, was able to explain why it happened and was confident in fixing it.
