The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. I have just returned from having a deep tissue massage with Supi. He was very good and really got into those muscles that needed it. I had been gifted a Zen Chi voucher for Mother's Day so when I felt my back starting to fail me (a problem I have on and off) I booked myself in. This isn't the first time I have been here and it certainly wont be the last. I would recommend Zen Chi Natural Therapies for anybody looking for a great massage

Ive been going to Zen Chi weekly for remedial massage since they opened around 8 years ago. I have always felt well cared for and am always impressed by the feel of calm as I walk in the door.
