Staff was good but food was not only terrible but it was off too. It seemed to be stale and overly spicy. No taste or flavour but just poor preparation by someone who seemed to have no clue! My wife and I both got horribly sick after eating and I was throwing up for two consecutive days and did not eat anything for 3 days after this horrible experience.

We ordered chicken 65 and hyderabadi dum biryani and I would like to say that you guys first really need to eat a good hyderabadi dum biryani from chilli India or dosa hut to understand how dum biryani looks or tastes like. And chicken 65 was so salty that we couldn't eat anything. Such poor experience we had on Friday evening.

Such a shame. I am a chef and it feels bad writing this review but this experience needs to be shared. Just had the entrees, and the tikki chat they are serving was off. It smelt bad and tasted even worse. I choked on a napkin. Didn’t proceed with the mains either. No apologies nothing else and charged me 28 bucks. Disgusting experience.

Horrible experience where I pre booked a table last weekend in advance and the staff decided to call half hour before my dine in time and said they "just got my booking" and can't accommodate me as they had another party (while I was already on the way). The only option I was provided was to eat and leave is half hour. Worst management and horrible customer service!

Contrary to the negative reviews below, I must say that my family and I had a fabulous experience hosting our function at Ghazal. The Event went so well coordinated. The food was lip smacking and the staff were extremely prompt at the service offered. The refill of food was prompt. From inception to the event finalisation everything was spot on. Ghazal has most definitely lifted their standards and you must give them a go to experience what they have to offer. Special thanks to the Staff, Aman and Sukh as they were well coordinated and ensured that my guests were well looked after. The owner

10 people went to this Ghazal restaurant inc kids and super disappointed for the food they served. Chicken tikka masala was not real tikka just normal chicken. And the chicken 65 looks like fried red colored chicken and poor quality of the dal makhni. The chicken was off too.

First of all, this place doesn't even deserve one star, if there was an option to rate zero stars or even less, I absolutely would, this was absolutely, unequivocally, without a doubt, one of the single worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my entire life.
So, last night myself and my partner stumbled across Ghazal lndian Buffet & Bar on Menulog, the prices looked more than reasonable, so we thought, why not?
Ordered a decent amount of food for what was just over $50, so far so good.
About an hour and a half later the food still hadn't arrived, it's now well and truly getting

We ordered Chicken 65 and Mughalai Chicken for dinner tonight. The quality and taste has certainly dropped drastically since we last ordered. Extremely disappointed and will never order again or recommend this restaurant.
The Chicken 65 arrived floating in oil. It tasted off right from the start and it is clear that it's been fried in stale oil. As it got colder it tasted of fish and at the end was utterly disgusting and inedible. The chicken was definitely stale.
The Mughlai Chicken gravy tasted good but again the chicken was stale and some pieces tasted off and had an off-putting smell. It
