Dr Basil was very attentive and informative. I don’t have a regular dentist but I will from now on. Dr Basil took more care to educate me on my dental hygiene than any other dentist I’ve been to which has made me appreciate it more myself. He makes you feel like you’re not just a number and provides excellent care. I went in for a simple exam and clean but he went above and beyond with his service. I highly recommend Dr Basil and Annerly dental as a whole.

Friendly and professional. Overall great experience. Dr Basil picked up on the fact that I had a deviated septum from viewing a x-ray and refered me to see a ENT specialist. After having surgery to correct this my quality of life has improved dramatically. Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to.

Dr Basil is really kind, patient and professional. I've been to other dentists and felt as thought there was always an effort to try and suggest more expensive and unnecessary procedures, and trying to rush you out the door to get the next patient in. Not with Dr Basil who is really clear and direct about what treatment you need and takes the time to make sure the job is done well - and the end result was surprisingly really affordable. Will definitely be visiting him again and recommending to my friends.

My experiences with Dr. Basil have been wonderful. He is the best dentist I have ever had - kind, informative, thorough, and caring.
Dr Basil has identified serious nasal breathing issues I wasn’t even aware existed, and arranged referrals to relevant specialists. The temporary solutions he has offered in the meantime have drastically improved my breathing, and thus my sleep. I would highly recommend Dr Basil to all my friends and family.

Just wow... Customer service doesn't exist at this place. Made me wait 30 mins for an appointment without an explanation and when asked how long it would be, as I was busy because of an important business meeting, the dentist/owner comes out pretty much yelling and saying if I want to stay I can wait or I can just leave as if he was doing me a… favor. I actually feel sorry if you even consider this place. This guy is extremely unprofessional and rude. Could have called to cancel my appointment or have notified me to change it. Don't make people wait and expect them to just stay there for

Its my absolute pleasure to be able to leave a wonderful review for Dr Basil and his staff. Im currently down staying in Brisbane staying for a few weeks and unfortunately been suffering with a nagging tooth ache that couldn't be left unattended any longer. Not only did I ring up and get a same day appointment but Dr Basil and his assistant stayed… back after hours (on a Friday) to ensure that I left pain free. I’m so glad I found this clinic, the receptionist is lovely and he’s very thorough in his appointments where he actually listened to my concerns as well. I’ve also had trouble breathing through my nose since I was young and was never taken seriously by other doctors, but he noticed straight away and I was able to be referred to a specialist.
