Shortly after completing her studies, Rachel started working in dentistry in 2006. Throughout her dental career, she has had the pleasure of working in general and specialist practices where she could also utilise her nursing skills as well as grow into management positions. For Rachel, the highlight of her career is leading and expanding our great team and building lasting relationships with our patients.

Since graduating from dental school, Dr Anisha has been passionate about providing high-quality dental care to her patients and giving them gorgeous, healthy smiles. She also is committed to helping her patients make an educated decision about their dental care. Dr Anisha earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery followed by a Master of Dental Surgery - Endodontics and Conservative Dentistry.
Since both of her parents are doctors, Ishita was exposed early on to the healthcare field. She was able to shadow various medical professionals. Each day has its own set of unique joys and challenges, but the most fulfilling aspect is knowing that you not only helped relieve someone's pain but also gave them the confidence of a beautiful smile.

I had an emergency appointment today with Ammy, as someone with a massive fear of dentist/doctors and someone who is also heavily pregnant, Ammy was absolutely thorough and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Not only did she do an incredible job but she also made sure I was feeling okay within myself before proceeding. she is easy to talk too, listened to all concerns i had and answered any questions that had come up. we even had a few jokes among ourselves until my face went numb 😂 100% would recommend you guys to anyone looking for a dentist.

It’s really nice that Rashidah remembers me every time I come in :) the girls at reception are always so sweet! Makes me really happy. Dr Josh is lovely and knows his stuff! And they can always have a bit of a laugh with you too. I think I saw Dr Yap today? Forgive me if I’m wrong, I am a little out of sorts from a small internal infection so my mind isn’t all there right now. Was a little emergency check up. Appreciate them squeezing me in like that. You all are great honestly. Having little chats with you all Makes my day!

When my dentist retired, after I'd been seeing him for over 30 years(!), I was worried about finding a new one. My oldest son suggested I try the one down the road, so I did. And I was delighted! I had excellent treatment by Dr Vlada Hrkalovic - I had toothache and he treated the area very gently, explained everything very clearly, then gave me a thorough check-up and did the hygienist bit too. I called up this dental practice today at 9am because I was in agonising pain and the amazing staff there took me on and said I could come in even with everything going on at the moment. The dentist Couldn't have been any kinder. He pushed appointments to help me out and went through every possible option to try and help me out. If I could rate them higher than a 5 then I would. Thank you guys so very much and I hope that people will realise how amazing these guys are here.

Really not satisfied.. Non reliable. I've had a bad experience with Olga. Cannot recommend her really.. Trying to justify her own mistakes but after couple of times it's pretty obvious that she is a bad dentist. Never go there again. I cannot reply on your comment, but you should know that I wasn't satisfied. It would have cost me too much money to change a dentist. No space here to describe more details

Dr. Anastasia Papadopoulou is easily one of the Best Dentists I have ever been treated by. She has an incredibly sensitive approach to patients, and works very quickly and efficiently. I was treated by her as an emergency and Dr. Anastasia did a superb job! She also treated our 3year old daughter some months later and did an equally fantastic job again. I honestly cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thanks goodness that we have such a brilliant and helpful Dental practice so close to us. Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to!!! Since childhood I have always been scared of dentists and I never felt comfortable when visiting one. And now having to go to a dentist whilst heavily pregnant (39 weeks) I genuinely thought I’d dive a birth there and then :) However I was absolutely amazed how easy and pain free, professional and reassuring Mr Vlado was at the Incredible Smiles. Super gentle, kind and very nice & friendly dentist. Highly recommend to everyone! From now on, this is my only ever dentist!!!

I have been a patient at the W12 surgery since Vlada and Olga took over the practice many years ago. They are both fantastic dentists offering first-rate care and treatment and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The facilities are always spotlessly clean too, and the receptionists are friendly. Going to the dentist doesn’t get any better than this!

Poor customer service. The dentist seemed very uncertain about the diagnosis. After spending a considerable amount of time reviewing the x rays of my teeth, I was told that I needed to do a root canal. There was no clarity on prices and I was referred back to the receptionist to arrange an appointment with another one of the dentists when I expressed my concerns. The dentist came across as lacking confidence and I did not feel I was in safe hands when it was recommended that I see another dentist later that week to carry out the root canal. When I spoke to the receptionist, he had no compassion

Wow what can I say but sheer excellence. I finally found a dentist I feel comfortable with and the quality of of work is brilliant. Real passionate dentists whom try there best to accommodate your needs and wants. Friendly staff even the receptionist is brilliant. I'd recommend this dentist to everyone without fail.
