Staff extremely rude and disorganised, place is a warehouse set up in a church with clothes lying everywhere. There was no air conditioning in a hot day, you can just hear the noise of the fan running in the background. I can imagine people getting sweaty in that environment - definitely not going to be a pleasant experience trying to find the dream dress for your big day - imagine the memories of the sweaty experience in that warehouse rushing back when you wear your dress on your big day.

I loved my experience at Bridal Secrets for so many reasons. Firstly, having my support system of girls in WA I had to visit the shop alone. It was great to have Donna there as she really supported me as a bride and provided her expertise with kindness and class. Secondly, she worked with my budget... there is no joy in this season as that. Just to know that I could find a dress within budget that is classy and works for me. Thanks Donna. Finally, the beauty of finding a dress in a shop within a Church (Tick, Tick, Tick). That venue was just the right space for me. I would recommend Bridal Secrets

I bought my wedding dress, mother of the bride dress AND Bridesmaid dress here!
The staff is so friendly and very welcoming. They made this whole experience amazing for myself & my family. I would also like to thank Liza who helped out with everything. She was so kind, patient and very helpful with choosing the dresses for all of us! My family and i will never forget this wonderful experience xox
note: i was so hesitant with trying on dresses for myself because i was worried about not finding a dress that would suit me and i thought i would look horrible. BUT the staff

My dress was PERFECT for my wedding day and it is all thanks to Bridal Secrets! Not only is their shop situated in an old church (so cute) but their stock and variety of dresses is amazing. The ladies were so helpful to me and my family as we came into look. They helped me pick a beautiful dress that suited my personality and body shape and did and amazing job on the alterations. Such a great local wedding business! Brides- come here to find THE dress!

The store is beautiful and the range of dresses are stunning, and suitable for all price ranges. The staff were extremely helpful - the advice between the in house seamstresses was a little inconsistent however they were very willing to listen and discuss options. After going to a few bridal stores I would highly recommend Bridal Secrets to anyone. Shirley in particular was amazing to deal with!
