I hesitate to leave an unfavourable review. However I engaged with Neutral Bay KK regarding packaging and my small business suffered a whole month 4 wks of lost income pending delivery. The product then provided was un-useable and not the quality I would like to provide my clients. So sadly I am left to pursue legal action to compensate.
