Everybody loves a bright white smile, and there are a variety of products and procedures available to help improve the look of your teeth. Many people are satisfied with the sparkle they get from brushing twice daily with a fluoride-containing toothpaste, cleaning between their teeth once a day using floss and the regular cleanings at your dentist's office.
Our diet and lifestyle has a huge impact on our teeth. A filling is when material is placed into the tooth in order to replace missing tooth structure or substance, they are also used when teeth have small to moderate decay or fractures to restore tooth function. If you have already had a filling, pressure from chewing, griniding or clenching can cause existing fillings to crack, chip or wear.
