Susann has been doing my pedicures for a while now and she always fits me in and does such a wonderful massage and pedicure every time. I would happily recommend her to anyone who wants some in house pampering. 🌸

My daughter (6 years) and I had a wonderful afternoon with Susan having manicures and pedicures. Susan is so easy to talk to and she made us both feel very special. Our nails look amazing! I would highly recommend Susan 😊

We used 'Relax & Rebalance' for my sister's birthday. We set up our place to look like a day spa and these guys worked in so well. We had Susann and Jess who were not only amazing people but very skilled therapists. They had a wide range of products and services to choose from at reasonable prices. Among our party of six we had the opportunity to try a bit of everything from Indian head massage, facials, body massages, to mani and pedi. It was an awesome experience and we all loved it.
I recommend this service 100% especially if you're looking for something to do as a group for a birthday or hens

I had the good fortune to choose Relax & Rebalance as a Xmas gift option for my wife. Selecting the 2 hour massage package, I contacted Susann, who was happy to meet me to provide a gift certificate.
Not wanting to forget the voucher and see it expire (even though Susann provides a lengthy window), we recently called her to lock in a Monday session as we were both home for the day. Susann was happy to accommodate us and arrived as planned.
In a nutshell, my wife's skepticism at lasting two full hours were quickly dismissed. Tranquil music in the background, along with the use of various scents

My cuticles were not pushed back and the nail polish was applied to look like it had been growing out for weeks. There was a very small choice of colours to choose from and when I got home my partner asked if the lady was rushing because it looked uneven and clumpy. There were other things that bothered me but I feel like those are the main issues.… Otherwise Susan was a lovely lady and if you are having a child's party (as I can see in the reviews is a common theme) I think she is a good choice, just perhaps not for a hens event / wedding preparations like we organised.

Today we had a little pamper party package done for my unwell mum and susann was amazing! She was on time, it felt great and overall it was just lovely. Definately recommend! Thanks again!!

Absolutely fantastic job, I could ask for anything more. Everyone enjoyed and loved the nail polish selection great massages and very accomodating, even with the last minute bookings Will definitely be using them again when I host my next bridal shower or baby shower
