Graeme Welsh Real Estate has managed my rental property in Goulburn since 2010. In the past eight years, the rental management team selected excellent tenants who looked after the house and grounds to a high standard and supervised every detail of the day to day running of the property, caring for the tenants needs and arranging for maintenance when required.

A failure or breakdown of any essential service provided by the landlord or agent for hot water, cooking, heating or laundering. An appliance, fitting or fixture which is not working properly and causes a substantial amount of water to be wasted. Jenny gave my partner and I a chance at our first rental when no other real estate in town would even have a look at our applications! We were so sad to leave them when we needed to upsize as we were expecting our second baby last year. A great, friendly, approachable team who always remember your name when you walk in the door! None of the staff at the real estate were currently through even know my name! We would rent or buy through them within a heart beat!
