With over 30 years' experience, he will carefully evaluate each family member's exact needs and provide them with quality, lifelong dental care.
We aim to achieve Smiles that will last a lifetime with emphasis on preserving the natural. We take no short cuts with sterilisation, complying with the strict Australian standard 4815 and verify all equipment daily. Wherever we can, we practice "minimum intervention Dentistry" to preserve as much natural tooth structure as possible.
It's both an exciting time and a worrying time to be a Dentist. New technologies and techniques enable us to look after our patients better than ever. On the other hand I worry about the number of dental practices owned by large corporations and overseas based entities whose only interest is making a profit.
Unfortunately we aren't all lucky enough to have perfect teeth. They may be uneven, crowded, discoloured by medications, dental disease, dietary habits and smoking or perhaps simply damaged in an accident. Many people put off a visit to the dentist having convinced themselves that their teeth don't need to be checked and cleaned regularly, are hoping the pain might just go away - or just because they are too embarrassed.

We are a few minutes' walk from Chatswood Railway Station and there is plenty of nearby parking in the Chatswood Chase shopping centre less than 100 meters away.

Dr Mumford has been my dentist for a few years now and I am always happy with his service. If you're looking for a dentist that genuinely cares about your dental health and not just looking to fleece your wallet, this is the place. He takes the time to explain things to you thoroughly so you can make an informed decision with your dental treatments. Can't recommend this place enough. 5 Stars!
