I needed some artificial flowers sending quickly in time for a funeral. I spoke to a lady called Kirsty and she said she would personally ensure they would be received before the funeral date. It took just 2 days for the flowers to arrive. Excellent cistomer service and quick delivery. Would highly recommend this business. Very happy with product too 👍

I recently purchased a selection of artificial flowers to create a centerpiece for my dining table, taking inspiration from one of the arrangements on the Decoflora website, since I am not at all creative! The flowers are excellent quality and I'm absolutely thrilled with the end result. I am now thinking of ordering more for my lounge. Great service and very quick delivery.

Absolutely amazing service! THE most stunning arrangement of artificial flowers I have seen - so realistic that I had to order a second bunch to keep for myself! Brilliant communication from the Team - so helpful and go out of their way to make sure my sister received her flowers in time for her birthday at an incredibly difficult time for the whole country. Definitely recommend this company, and wish them every success for the future - brilliant service at a good value for money - what more can anyone want?!

Absolutely wonderful! The most beautiful artificial plants and flowers and excellent customer service. I ordered a variety of flowers and greenery which arrived promptly the following day. All of the flowers were gorgeous and looked identical to the real thing. Very happy customer will 100% be shopping here again :)

Placed my order & received them within 48hrs. They came beautifally packaged & ate EXACTLY as described. I ordered real touch peonies & real touch peony buds. I placed them in a vase with fresh lillies & you wouldn't know the difference. I would definately recommend this seller. Worth every penny. THANK YOU

Ordered my wedding bouquet as I thought it would be nice to keep it. The flowers themselves are pretty.
However they come in poor packaging and were quite squashed by the time I received them, so they don't look great until you get them to open up properly.
I also had to buy a boutonniere that didn't match as they said they would put the matching one up on the site several times but never did.
The delivery through DPD was very reliable.
