Just wow!! Rachael is a hard working, self motivated an well beyond knowledgeable! I'm fifo an have gone through the generic HnR block an other agencies for the refund but after going to Rachael for just over 2 years now I wish I had done earlier! She will go out of her way to get you the best refund you are eligible to receive an works around your time schedule! Wouldn't go anywhere else 👌

Previous accountant was out of the country so went online to find another.Rachel left me feeling at ease from the get go & her knowledge was evident.My assumption was right as my return was healthy & she even spotted an error from years prior-got it amended!.
Level of availability & correspondence great,including prompt.

I called on Monday to make an appointment and spoke to Rachel who booked me in for 9:30am on Friday (today). I asked if I could come to her but she said it would be better if she came to my house for the appointment because she doesn’t work from an office. I phoned again because I had to book another appointment after hers and just wanted to ask how long to allow, but she didn’t answer so I left a voicemail asking her to return my call. When she hadn’t returned my call 3 hours later I tried again and again got no answer.
Roll forward to today. It’s now 10:15am and I’ve had no phone calls
