I have a strong and extensive knowledge of therapeutic Massage and I have been a practitioner for 10 years. Prior to becoming a trained massage therapist, I was a qualified Personal Fitness Instructor. I have a keen interest in healing, body work, counselling, and general health & well-being.
I hold qualifications in Remedial Massage which involves sports massage, deep tissue, myo-fascial massage, Thai massage, reflexology, Shiatsu and relaxation massage.I also have a Diploma of Counselling and Diploma of Fitness (Rehabilitation).
