I called Majestic Cleaning Pros after my originally booked cleaners cancelled with less than 24hrs notice. Majestic Cleaning Pros went out of their way to help me and even though they were booked out and it was close to Christmas they found a way to make it work. Excellent service for vacate clean when we were leaving our apartment -- from the initial quote and booking to the clean. The team was extremely efficient and detail oriented. I realised I never live in the unit when it was so clean and sparkling. I wish I would have had Majestic clean the unit while I was living in it! Now I know what a different professional cleaners make. Highly recommend,

We had booked the vacate clean a week in advance for a very reasonable price. I found the online booking system easy to use and navigate.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel the vacate clean since we had a burst pipe.
The company was quick to respond and fully refunded me the upfront payment.
They are an honest and reliable company.
